Consumers had been clamoring for knee high styles, and we were eager to deliver. With over 32 million views of #kneehighconverse on Tiktok, multiple listings with 135+ likes on DePop, and “Knee High Converse” as the most searched for Converse style across the U.S. within 6 months of the launch, it was obvious consumers were on the hunt.

Rather than showing the fashion girlies how to style their sought-after silhouette, the focus was on hero-ing the product as is. Hoping fans would embrace the bold unforgettable style they had been begging us to bring back, we delivered a robust digital experience across Site, Email and Paid Media. Proving the power of micro-segmentation and retargeting, results showed record-breaking revenue across Email and SMS campaigns.
