25th Anniversary


To celebrate 25 years, SPANX launched the "Shaped By" campaign—a total brand refresh that shifts the focus from "fixing" a woman’s silhouette to celebrating the life experiences that actually shape her. Moving beyond the old-school idea of shapewear as a physical fix, the campaign used customer stories to highlight the trust and history SPANX has built with women over the last two decades. It’s a nostalgic yet forward-looking "thank you" that reclaimed their spot as the original industry leader while showing how they’ve grown into a modern lifestyle brand.

The rollout featured a custom "25th" anniversary mark, sophisticated typography, and a massive takeover of the signature SPANX Red. This fresh look was splashed across everything from digital storytelling and print ads to limited-edition product drops. By blending their iconic heritage with a sleek, contemporary vibe, SPANX turned a milestone anniversary into a year-long celebration of where the brand has been, and more importantly, who their customers have become.
